Private Intro Package
$60 standard / $50 student
The Intro Package consists of two private 45-minute sessions. The Intro Package is strongly recommended for all new clients.
The first session includes a consultation, history of the Pilates method, introduction to the Pilates apparatus and a posture and functional movement assessment. You will receive “homework” in the form of on-line exercises from WebExercise.
In the second session, we’ll review your homework and introduce more exercises on the apparatus. We’ll measure your turnout and hamstring strength, and send you home with an exercise program specific to your needs, designed to enhance strength and flexibility. Private Pilates Session
$85 standard / $65 student
One size does not fit all for this 50-minute, full body workout. Our trainers will work with you to assess your specific needs. A session may include exercises for strengthening and lengthening muscles, fascial release, and use of the Reformer, Trap Table, Chair, CoreAlign, Thera Ball and Magic Circle. A full body stretch-out is always included.
Pilates is unique work, without endless repetitions. It’s all about refining the form. You will build core strength and flexibility and your posture and balance will improve significantly. You will feel lengthened, and refreshed walking out the door. Guaranteed.
